STRUCTURE AND MANAGEMENT BODIES
EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION
Management of educational institutions is carried out on the basis of the provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine, the Law "On Education", the Law "On General Secondary Education", Regulations on General Education Institutions. Management activity, like educational, educational, any other activity, is based on the observance of a number of principles that are guided by the director, his deputies and heads of branches in the performance of all management functions.
1. The management system of an educational institution is determined by law and constituent documents.
2. Management of an educational institution within the limits of the powers defined by the laws and founding documents of this institution shall be carried out by:
- founder - Kolkiv settlement council.
- authorized management body - Department of Education of the Kolkiv Settlement Council;
- head of the educational institution - Tetyana Vyacheslavivna Bobik;
- the head of the Starosilsk gymnasium-branch of the support institution "Kolkiv Lyceum" - Anatoly Mykytovych Brychka;
- head of the Sytnytskyi gymnasium-branch of the support institution "Kolkiv Lyceum" - Valentina Volodymyrivna Bugaichuk;
- the head of the Roznychivska gymnasium-branch of the support institution "Kolkiv Lyceum" - Victor Petrovych Kalyukh;
- head of the Novoukrainian gymnasium-branch of the support institution "Kolkiv Lyceum" - Svyripa Rostislav Romanovych;
- the collegial governing body of the educational institution - the pedagogical council;
- collegial public self-government body (school council);
- other bodies provided for by special laws and/or founding documents of the educational institution.
The management principle is a basic provision that follows from the laws of management activity.
Regularities in school management are stable relationships, interdependencies between the management process and social systems and conditions external to it; between the components of the management process and the components of the pedagogical process; between the components of the management process. These include: the dependence of the effectiveness of intra-school management on taking into account in the school's activities the features of the external environment that affects it; regularity of compliance of educational institution management mechanisms with national mechanisms; the dependence of the effectiveness of intra-school management on the creation of conditions necessary for the realization of the school's purpose; regularity of the interaction of the controlling and controlled subsystems (with the decisive role of the first); the dependence of the effectiveness of intra-school management on the optimal ratio of management influences, self-organization and self-regulation; the dependence of management quality on the reliability and adequacy of information support; the regularity of the integrity of all management functions in each of the management cycles.
The main principles include:
- the principle of predictability of intra-school management;
- unity of state and intra-school management mechanisms;
- democratization and humanization of management;
- a rational combination of centralization and decentralization;
- the unity of single leadership and collegiality;
- transparency, openness of management;
- objectivity and informational sufficiency;
- planning, perspectives;
- competences;
- optimization
- systematicity in management.
EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION MANAGEMENT
· bodies of collegial management of the school (conference, school council, pedagogical council, meeting with the director, his deputies);
· school administration (principal, his deputies);
· bodies of public self-government (student self-government, teachers (professional committee, methodical council), parents (parents' committee).
The conference is the highest collegial body of public self-government of the school.
ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIVITIES OF THE SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION:
Management of a modern school is a complex system with many internal relationships. Its effectiveness largely depends on the correct distribution of responsibilities in the school administration, which includes the director and deputies.
BODIES OF PUBLIC SELF-GOVERNMENT:
With the aim of democratizing management, establishing feedback, and current adjustment of management decisions, public self-government bodies of students (student committee of the school (class), teachers (trade union committee, methodical council), parents (parental committee of the school (class), powers) operate in the educational institution defined by the school's charter.They are an effective means of forming public opinion and contribute to the dialogue of relations with the administration.
