  Today, the main task of optimizing methodical work is to avoid formalism, develop the creative potential of each teacher, and create conditions in the educational institution for teachers to constantly conduct experimental and research work.

  The teacher is a key figure in modern educational processes, a spiritual mentor and a person who can fill the "jug" and "light" the fire of thirst for knowledge in students.

  This determines the exceptional importance of the system of scientific and methodological work, the main purpose of which is to provide real and effective help to the teacher in  the development of professional skills and activation of creative potential.

  The criteria for professional training should  be the level of the general culture of the teacher and specific pedagogical characteristics: understanding the principle of conformity to nature, which takes into account the natural predispositions of the child, the patterns of his development; high level of mastery of methods of knowledge of child psychology.

  Pedagogues – innovators, the school's methodical cabinet should help the teacher to abandon the stereotypes of the past.

  According to the annual work plan, the teaching staff of the school in 2020/2021 worked on the methodical problem "Formation of education seekers' motivation to study as a key need in the development of a socially mature creatively developed personality".

    At the beginning of the school year, a methodical council was created headed by the school director V.D. Kotelets.

  At the first meeting, responsibilities were distributed among the council members. The council included experienced teachers, Methodist teachers and senior teachers. The methodological council developed a work plan for the academic year. During the academic year, 5 (five) meetings of the council were held, at which the issues of organizing the beginning of the methodical council's work on a single scientific and methodical problem, the organization of course retraining of teachers, the preparation and participation of students in subject olympiads, competitions, and the defense of scientific works of the National Academy of Sciences were discussed , organization of work with young teachers, about preparation and holding of subject weeks, teacher certification, about teachers' participation in competitions  "Creative steps of teachers of Volyn", "Teacher of the Year" and "Classroom Leader of the Year". At the meeting of the Methodical Council, the improvement of the educational process based on modern technologies, the effectiveness of using classrooms and modern technical equipment to increase the quality potential of the lesson was analyzed.

  Methodical cabinet in 2020/2021 n.y. was replenished with new methodological materials: methodological developments that teachers prepared for the "Creative ladders of Volyn teachers" competition, reports at pedagogical councils and methodological associations, new portfolios of work experience.

  5 works were presented at the school exhibition of didactic and methodical materials "Creative steps of Volyn teachers". Works of informatics teachers A.P. Protsyk, A.M. Sydoruk,  Osnovy zdrovya O.M. Nevirkovets.  of elementary school teachers Anisimova G.A., Anisimova Yu.M., Dyachuk O.V., Yevtushevich T.O., Pisarska L.V., Zhdanyuk M.P., physical education teachers Bortnyk V.V., V.D. Bortnyka. Recognized as winners  of the regional  exhibition of the works of computer science teachers A.P. Protsyk, A.M. Sydoruk.

  12 methodological associations of the educational district worked at the appropriate level during the academic year. The methodical association of the English language (head of A.S. Rachek,  1-2, 3-4  classes (head of G.B. Brychka, L. Pisarska) worked fruitfully .V.), labor training (head Nevirkovets O.M.), foreign studies (head L.V. Shlai), geography, biology, chemistry (head N.B. Pankiv) systematically, according to_cc781905-5cde-3194- bb3b-136bad5cf58d_ of the plan, work  was carried out with young teachers (head A.S. Racek), history and law (head M.V. Sadovy), mathematics (head S.E. Kushnir), meetings a psychological-pedagogical seminar, a permanent seminar on the problem of the school.

 Interesting and meaningful with the implementation of practical elements and exchange of experience  a pedagogy was held with the participation of the pedagogical teams of the branches of the supporting institution:

• Analysis of the activity of the support institution "Kolkiv Lyceum" for  2020-2021 academic year and strategic tasks of the school for 2021-2022 n.y. through the prism of modern views on the further development of education in Ukraine.

• The influence of the class teacher on the education of active life-competent personality in students: experience, problems, search.

    In 2021, 28 teachers of the support institution "Kolkiv Lyceum" passed certification. Two teachers were awarded the 11th tariff category, the librarian was awarded the 10th tariff category, three teachers were awarded the II qualification category, one teacher the I qualification category, four teachers were awarded the higher qualification category, five teachers were confirmed the higher qualification category and the title of "senior teacher", two teachers the title of "senior teacher" was assigned to four teachers  the higher qualification category and the title of "methodist teacher" were confirmed, six teachers were confirmed to have the higher qualification category and the title of "senior teacher" was assigned, one teacher was assigned the title of "teacher- methodist" and one teacher was assigned a higher qualification category.

    In February, a creative report of teachers who were certified in 2021 was conducted.

    Course retraining of teachers is under constant control. During the school year  35  teachers underwent course retraining at VIPPO, and some teachers underwent course retraining in online mode on various platforms. The course retraining plan  is 100% completed.
