      The dynamic development of modern society, world globalization, the rapid development of information and communication technologies affects the redistribution of educational opportunities, needs to be provided obtaining a quality education requires new approaches to the organization of the process of preparing the young generation for social life. Necessary conditions for a full-fledged, practically oriented education are its availability and orientation to the use of modern innovative means of education. Therefore, according to the current state target programs, the introduction of information and communication technologies is currently a national priority of Ukrainian education. N. Rothschild's famous statement that "he who owns information owns the world" can undoubtedly be rephrased as "he who owns information technologies owns the world of education" in the modern sense.

    The current state of development of English language teaching offers the teacher a huge arsenal of methodological and didactic materials for use in the educational process. This, first of all, concerns the authentic educational and methodological complexes of the publishing house of Great Britain: Oxford University Press, Pearson Longman, Cambridge University Press, Express Publishing. English language learning programs are based on the use of the materials of these textbooks, aiming students at learning through communication, a more natural situation, and teachers at a personal-oriented approach to each student. These textbooks contain not only audio materials for listening, but also multimedia applications (Multi-Rom), which offer students a large number of interactive exercises to practice language (vocabulary, grammar) and speaking (listening, reading, writing, speaking) skills that can to be used both in class and for students' independent work at home. Multimedia discs rely on the use of visualization, which with the help of a computer is much more effective, use new opportunities for the presentation of educational material. Their specific features are the use of a complex of means of presenting information: text, graphics, sound, video; individualization of education; task modeling and execution control. They provide the introduction of educational material, simulation of communication situations, organization of game tasks, control and assessment of knowledge, allowing to use all types of visualization.

    My experience shows that the use of computer materials, which are offered to authentic NMK publishers of Great Britain, when learning English gives positive results for the development of independent work skills students: viewing fragments of lessons, accumulation of language material, development of listening skills and self-control. At the same time, courses are integrated: computer science, psychology, history and culture of English-speaking countries. For example, the use of Multi-ROM discs for manuals of English-language editions of Express Publishing, Macmillan, Oxford, Longman facilitates preparation for monitoring students' knowledge.

    The use of computer programs that were created before the above-mentioned authentic NMK reduces the time to overcome the language barrier: the study of vocabulary and typical constructions takes place on a subconscious level . One should not forget about the element of interest when using computer programs in lessons: visualization, language environment, musical background - all this creates a psychological atmosphere of a positive emotional mood of the student, which facilitates the process of learning English.

I recommend using sites with free materials that help children, teachers and parents in learning foreign languages:

http://pearsonlongman.com/young_learners/teachers/parents-help.html

www.macmillan.com

www.oup.com/elt

www.expresspublishing.co.uk

www.cambridge.org/elt

Therefore, the use of Multi-ROM discs for the manuals of the English-language editions of Express Publishing, Macmillan, Oxford, Longman and Internet resources for the NMC of these publishers offers students:

various types of information (texts, audio, graphics, animation, video, etc.);

materials that are distinguished by a high degree of visibility, authenticity and cause a desire to learn more;

creativity in learning English;

increasing self-motivation and interest in learning English through authentic educational material;

the possibility of learning at an individual pace;

individual access to educational material;

creating own Power Point presentations;

use of auxiliary sites, online videos, audio recordings, interactive games, etc.;

development of reflection and increasing the level of self-education efficiency;

improvement of not only language, speech, socio-cultural, but also computer skills;

access to materials from any electronic medium (desktop computer, laptop, tablet, smartphone) and anywhere (at home, in a cafe, in the library, etc.) where there is a Wi-Fi zone or another type of Internet connection.

Therefore, the use of multimedia technologies in language education is one of the promising directions of informatization of the educational process. They enrich the learning process because they have a significant linguistic and didactic potential, compensate for the lack of a natural foreign language environment, and at the same time allow you to avoid negative psychological states inherent in situations of direct intercultural communication. These days, the knowledge of information technologies is on a par with such qualities as the ability to read and write. The introduction of new forms of teaching allows raising the educational process to a new level. Publisher: Oxford University Press (OUP)

Children come to class from different families and backgrounds. They all have a certain life experience, but it is completely different for each child. Some children already know how to read and write simple words, while others cannot. Some children often see their parents reading and their parents read to them, others are deprived of this. Moreover, each child develops in its own way and is a unique individual with its own strengths and weaknesses.  We also know that children, depending on the characteristics of perception and processing of information, can be conventionally divided into four categories:

visuals - children who perceive most of the information with the help of sight  learn better through vision;

auditory - those who mainly receive information through listening;

kinesthetics - children who perceive most of the information through other senses (smell, touch, etc.) and with the help of movements;

discrete - children who better perceive and assimilate information through logical understanding, with the help of letters and signs, that is, they learn through reading and writing.

All this indicates that one specific teaching method will not be equally successful with all children. That is why we chose Family and Friends educational and methodological complex (NMK). It uses a range of learning strategies and learning styles that meet the needs of children with different types and levels of preparation.

NMK Family and Friends is recommended by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, letter No. 1.4/18.2288 dated 06.17.09. NMK Family and Friends contains not only traditional components, such as a textbook (Class Book), a workbook with a printed base (Work Book), a workbook - alphabet (Alphabet Book), audio discs (Audio CDs) and adapted reading (Readers), but й  -  MultiROM до підручника  та мультимедійне забезпечення для роботи на інтерактивній дошці  i-TOOLS. As in the first edition, the textbook uses the most effective program for the formation of reading, speaking, listening and writing skills, which is based on a gradual progression from simple to complex. Each lesson in the section has a clear, easy-to-use structure. A third of each chapter is dedicated to working on basic speaking skills. Reading is taught using a unique system of reading with phonics and the "Look & say" photographic method. Estimated for a different number of hours, NMK prepares for testing from the initial stage and has a clear, user-friendly structure. One lesson per page with clear objectives simplifies the lesson planning process.

The complex begins with a textbook for preschoolers, First Friends, which can be used as desired. After it, children go to Family and Friends. A third of each chapter is dedicated to working on basic speaking skills. The gradual approach focuses on writing, reading, speaking and understanding the English language. One of the six lessons is devoted to teaching reading, where children learn to recognize and pronounce the sounds of the English language. For this, flashcards are used at levels 1 to 3, and additional tasks are provided for students on MultiROM.
