School director's report on the funds used for 2019 and plans for the future.

Dear citizens of Kolkiv!

The Directorate of the OZNVK "Kolkiv Secondary School I-III Levels-Lyceum" informs that during 2019 the following was purchased and made at the school with funds from the local budget:

· Prepared together with parents for the first classes for the new academic year. Suspended ceilings were made by the parents themselves. Windows were replaced in one classroom. Furniture, technical equipment and handouts were purchased.

· A resource room for inclusive education was made with additional funds. An internal toilet is also equipped for these children.

· A major repair of the room for service personnel has been carried out.

· A major repair was made with the replacement of windows, floor, and ceiling of the classroom for choreography and sports classes for students of grades 1-4, as well as for the "Kalynonka" ensemble.

 The speech therapy office was converted and a workshop for classes of the "Palette" group was equipped.

Everything was done with funds that were additionally allocated by the village council and the education department of Kolkiv OTG.

· In the new building, a major repair was made in the music room this year, the front wall and blinds were purchased and equipped.

· In cooperation with the village council and the department of education, school technicians, teachers and caring parents completely renovated the Kolka village museum and art gallery. The design of the first and second floors has been changed.

· With the assistance of People's Deputies Konstankevich I.M. and Guzya I.V. funds from the state budget were involved, and video surveillance was made at the premises of the new school and on the territory in front of the school at the expense of the village council.

· The preparation of the athletics arena in the basement of the lyceum began with the funds of the I. Palytsi Foundation "Only Together".

· Preparations are currently underway for the capital repair of the labor training room for girls with the replacement of desks and furniture.

· The furniture in the reading room of the lyceum library was replaced.

· Blinds have been installed in some classes thanks to sponsorship and school funds.

· The tulle on the windows has been replaced in the corridors.

· On the eve of the heating season, the pumps in the school boiler room were replaced with modern and more economical ones.

· Paving continued along Shkilny Street.

· The school fence was replaced with funds from the subvention from the state budget for the development of the infrastructure of the OTG.

· At the moment, the construction of a garage for school buses is underway, and the roof of the school boiler room is being completely re-roofed.

A significant part of the funds is spent on repair and warranty service of school buses.

In addition to the 200,000 allocated to the school, about one million hryvnias were also allocated to the implementation of the above-mentioned projects by the Kolkiv Secondary School I-III Levels-Lyceum, which was allocated by the village council.

A lot has been done in the branches of the support institution. In the village of Sytnytsia, the building for classes 1-4 was overhauled, heated and equipped with internal toilets. At the school in the village of Starosillya, the school cafeteria was overhauled. In Roznychy, a sports complex was equipped at the expense of parents and some classrooms were overhauled.

In all schools, classrooms are prepared for students of the 1st grade of NUSH and equipped with furniture, technical means and didactic material.

I want to say that the lion's share of all work was carried out by school employees themselves, teachers, caring parents, and there are many, many of them.

Much has been done, but more needs to be done. Among the global problems is this

· covering the roof of the school building for grades 1-4

· additional indoor toilet equipment

· overhaul of the stairs to the school with the construction of a ramp

· the end of replacing windows with energy-saving ones

· finish the repair of the technical part of the boiler room

· make a major repair of the sports hall and roofing of the dining room, assembly hall and music room

· finish mounting the fence around the school

· to continue equipping classrooms and saturating them with technical teaching aids

· to prepare classes for the future 1st grades of NUS

· arrangement of sports and playgrounds for students of grades 1-4

· overhaul of the sports hall of grades 1-4 with replacement of the floor, windows and ceiling

· replace 2 entrance doors and 12 by classes with modern metal-plastic ones

· to equip an isolator in a pre-school boarding school

· to continue major repairs of schools in the villages of Sytnytsia, Roznychi and Starosillya

· open an inclusive resource center

Today, I want to express my gratitude to all the parents who helped the school with money and work, as well as the school employees, on whose shoulders lies the main burden of school preparation and its repair work for the school year. Many thanks to the director of the Kolkiv LHZ Matchuk Sergey Mykolayovych for his selfless help to the school, as well as to the entrepreneurs - Garmida L., Horbach V., Horbach I., Kalush M., Horbach V., Oliynyk I., Obrusnik M., Cheb V., Vasa M., Buslu A., Kvach M., Kopylts L., Klimchuk M., Sakhnyuk M., Skyba I., Isakov T., Obrusnik A., Turyanskyi A. for their help in setting up the art gallery, museum, and school offices.

I hope that such cooperation of all branches of government and the community of the village will continue in the future.
