  Sports orienteering,  as a type of competition started in Scandinavia, as an element of training of the Armed Forces.

  From October 29 to 31, the 13th regional zonal orienteering competitions in individual and team competitions were held. In conclusion, Manevytskyi district took 2nd place (Gishyn village, Kovelsky district) and 5th place (Bogolyuby village, Lutskyi district) in the team competition.
