The system of educational work in the support institution "Kolkiv Lyceum" - developed in accordance with the Constitution of Ukraine, the Law bb3b-136bad5cf58d_ "On comprehensive general secondary education", the UN Convention on the rights of the child, the Concept of national-patriotic education of children and youth, the Charter of our Lyceum. The educational system of the lyceum was based on the ideas of humanism, the formation of a single educational space, and the pedagogy of cooperation.
Purpose and principles of education.
The goal of education is the formation of a morally and spiritually competent individual who successfully realizes himself in society as a citizen, family member, and professional. The educational goal is common to all links of the educational system and is a criterion for the effectiveness of the educational process.
In the process of appropriating the moral and spiritual values produced by mankind, its necessary, cognitive and activity spheres are adjusted. Modern psychological and pedagogical science considers the system and hierarchy of internal values to be the source of motivation for human actions and behavior. In a mentally healthy person, this system has three levels: at the lower level — personal and material values (own needs, satisfaction); on the middle level — cultural values (art, science, national heritage, law and order); at the top are spiritual values (ideals, value guidelines, duty to society). The general goal of education is subordinated to a specially designed system of subcontracting, step-by-step specified goals in the directions of education, focused on the education of the values of nature, culture, social values, and personal values. The consistent achievement of these goals brings the educator closer and closer to the goal as an ideal image of an educated personality.

The system of legal education in the Kolkiv Lyceum support institution is based on the Constitution of Ukraine, the Convention on the Rights of the Child, the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Childhood", the Code of Marriage and family and other legal acts and documents. Legal educational work in the lyceum is carried out during lessons and outside of school hours and covers both students, such their parents and teachers. The purpose of legal education work in our institution is to prevent offenses, prevent the development of antisocial orientation of the individual to the surrounding reality, ensure that students of education acquire personal experience in exercising rights and fulfilling duties in moral and legal relationships.
The core of the educational process is the individual – his inclinations, abilities, needs, interests, social experience, dedication, character. One of the defining principles of the educational system is the interrelation of influences: family; social objects; educational space (environment).
Education of students in a modern school is carried out in the context of national and universal culture, covers the entire educational process, is based on the freedom to choose the purpose of life and combines the interests of the individual, society, the state and the nation.
The educational program at the Kolkiv Lyceum support institution is the result of project-targeted activities that take into account the most important components of the educational process, namely: diagnosis; definition and justification of pedagogical tasks; modeling and forecasting; design and planning, organization of various activities with students; monitoring of the dynamics of the level of vital activity of pupils; correction (self-correction) and regulation (self-regulation) of deviations in their development; analysis and forecasting of educational situations.
